My own consultancy: strategy, identity, website, content system and client deck library, every piece designed, written, coded and deployed by one person working daily with AI.
Every consultancy faces the same proof problem: decks describe capability, websites assert it, and clients are asked to take the rest on faith. Brandling's answer was to make the business itself the evidence, its own client zero.
That meant doing everything a client engagement would demand, solo: positioning and audience strategy, a full visual identity, a hand-coded website with custom physics interactions, a publishing system for insights content, and a productised client deck library.

The website is the front door, but the machinery behind it matters more: a deck library that turns brand guidelines, health checks and strategy packs into productised deliverables, built through a code-driven pipeline.
Working with AI daily is the multiplier. It compresses production without compressing judgement, which is exactly the capability mix that most teams are trying to build right now.
